Studio apartment for short-term rent in Italy – the land of agritourism!

For those who were interested in our property in Italy for sale, it has been sold, thanks for your interest. We do however have a property for tourists to rent in the same town.

The studio apartment is in the town of Bracciano, just 40 kms north of Rome (easy commuting distance away with a regular train service). The area is rural and has some great agritourism activity nearby – it provides tourists the best of both worlds, city and country.

It’s actually the town where Tom Cruise married Katie a few years back in the beautiful Castello Odescalchi, it has a lovely medieval town centre and a volcanic lake at the bottom of the hill.

The town is very popular with tourists as it so easy to get into Rome but one gets a real feel for real Italian living in a small town, there are over 60 restaurants in Bracciano which is a popular day trip for Romans. It also has the beach on the lake and sailing and fishing etc. and it’s only about 30 minutes from the airport!
