Daylesford and the Macedon Ranges
Daylesford is 90 minutes from Melbourne in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. It is a popular week-end escape for Melbourne people seeking a romantic county retreat. With many boutique wineries and abundance of fresh produce from the Sunbury region through to the Macedon Ranges, the area provides weekenders with much to see, do and taste.
It is famous for its natural spring mineral spas and boasts the highest concentration of mineral springs in Australia. The healing traditions of the springs have attracted many holistic health therapists to the area.
